Gilded Spirit - Bourbon Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel
Gilded Spirit is a Belgian Tripel aged in bourbon barrels for a smooth, layered finish. The result is a balanced blend of old world tradition and modern barrel aging. This golden-hued brew offers classic notes of spice alongside warm vanilla, toasted oak, and a subtle hint of caramel from the barrel.
Entirety - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 2025
Named in tribute to Thrale’s Entire, the 18th-century original imperial stout that gave rise to the beer style, Entirety is bold, complex, and full-bodied. This 2025 edition was aged in bourbon barrels, delivering rich layers of dark chocolate, espresso, and caramel, wrapped in warming notes of vanilla and oak.
Pear Pressure - Pear Sour
Don’t resist the urge - Pear Pressure is a bright, refreshing sour ale aged on a boatload of fresh, real pears. Light-bodied with a gentle sweetness up front, it finishes with a zippy acidity that keeps you coming back for more. Juicy, drinkable, and just the right amount of persuasion.
Manilita Mirage - Hazy IPA
The ultimate tropical dream in a glass, Manilita Mirage is a hazy IPA showcasing the experimental Manilita hops from NZ’s Freestyle Hops. Expect a burst of juicy tropical flavours balanced by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a subtle touch of bitterness.
Threefold - Belgian Tripel
Tripels are strong pale ales that originated in Belgium in the 1930s. The name comes from an old marking system where beers were labeled with Xs to indicate strength. Three Xs or a “Tripel” was the strongest you could get. Threefold is brewed with a Belgian yeast strain for classic spicy, fruity notes, and naturally carbonated through re-fermentation, just like the originals.
Simplicity - German Helles Lager
Simplicity is a Helles pale lager, a style produced predominately in Southern Germany. Considered the quintessential beer for a Bavarian beer garden, it is malt focused with only a touch of bitterness from the spicy German hops. Perfect for reminding you that the simple things in life are often the best!
Golden Valley - Belgian Brett Pale Ale
Inspired by the Belgian Trappist beer Orval, Golden Valley is our tribute to this brewing icon. Can-conditioned with Brettanomyces, it is a living beer whose flavours will continue to evolve and develop over time.
Leann Dearg - Irish Red Ale
A Leann Dearg, or Red Ale in English, is a malty but easy drinking Irish beer style. A reddish-brown ale with some caramel and toffee-like sweetness. Showing us that there’s a lot more to Irish beer than a certain dry stout.
Check in the Dark - Czech Dark Lager
Check in the Dark is a near-black coloured, rich, complex and malty lager in the style of tmavé pivo, or “dark beer”. This style of beer is a common sight in taverns throughout the Czech Republic. It balances a full body and mouthfeel with high drinkability.
Lighter Note - German Session Lager
Lighter Note is our German-style pilsner that's light in alcohol but big on flavour. Brewed with German heirloom malt to achieve a pronounced full body, and the quintessential noble hop, Hallertau Mittelfrueh, for a complex aroma and smooth bitterness.
Melody - Vienna Lager
Melody is our Vienna-style lager, copper coloured, smooth and malty, with light honey and nutty notes. Vienna lagers gain their characteristic flavours from Vienna malt which was first developed by an Austrian brewer in the 1830s.
Pivotal - Czech Pale Lager
The Czech Republic has the highest beer (pivo) consumption in the world, with over 140L consumed annually per capita. That’s almost double that of Australia. And you thought Australians liked their beer! You could say that pivo is pivotal to the Czech lifestyle… Pivotal stays true to the 10º Plato lagers preferred in the Czech Republic. It showcases Czech pilsner malt produced using a traditional floor malting process, spicy Saaz hops and a classic Czech lager strain.
