Shipping and Returns Policy
Age requirement
You must be 18 or over to order from Slow Lane Brewing. By placing an order you confirm you’re 18+. Our couriers won’t hand alcohol to anyone under 18 or anyone who appears intoxicated, and they may ask for ID on delivery.
Dispatch timeframes
Orders are usually dispatched the business day after they’re received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to two business days. You’ll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Standard Delivery (Australia Post Parcel Post)
Free on orders over $150 Australia-wide. Orders under $150 have a flat $12 fee.
Express Delivery (Australia Post Express Post)
Rates are based on parcel weight:
- 0–5kg: $20
- 5–10kg: $40
- 10–15kg: $60
- 15–20kg: $80
Orders over 20kg may be sent in more than one parcel.

Where we deliver
We ship anywhere in Australia except areas where alcohol is restricted by law. If your address is in a restricted area, we’ll cancel and refund your order. We don’t currently ship internationally.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, email info@slowlanebrewing.com.au within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll chase it with Australia Post.
Some re-delivery costs are your responsibility. This applies when a parcel goes back to us because the address was incorrect, or because it wasn’t collected from an Australia Post outlet in time. In those cases, any return-to-sender and re-delivery charges are passed on to you.
Pickup
Choose “Pickup” at checkout to collect from our Botany taproom during opening hours. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and photo ID.
Returns & refunds
Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact info@slowlanebrewing.com.au and we’ll offer a replacement or refund. We can’t accept change-of-mind returns on beer.
