Shipping and Returns Policy

Standard Delivery (Australia Post Parcel Post)

Standard Parcel Delivery orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. Free for all orders over $79 Australia wide with a flat rate fee of $10 for orders under $79.

Express Delivery (Australia Post Express Post) 

Express Delivery orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. The following rates apply:
- 0 to 5kg: $20
- 5 to 10kg: $30
- 10 to 15kg: $40
- 15kg+: $50

Order cut-off

Orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day Monday to Thursday. Orders received after Thursday 12pm will be shipped on Monday. 

 

Delivery issues

If your goods do not arrive or are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@slowlanebrewing.com.au.

Should a re-delivery be required as a result of an incorrect delivery address being provided or the package not having been picked from the Australia Post outlet within the required timeframe, a re-delivery fee and $10 processing fee will be charged.

 

Pickup

We are offering contactless pickup during our opening hours. Select the 'Pickup' option at checkout.

International orders

We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
