Shipping and Returns Policy

Standard Delivery (Australia Post Parcel Post)

Standard Parcel Delivery orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. Free for all orders over $150 Australia wide with a flat rate fee of $12 for orders under $150.

Express Delivery (Australia Post Express Post) 

Express Delivery orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. The following rates apply:
- 0 to 5kg: $20
- 5 to 10kg: $40
- 10 to 15kg: $60
- 15 to 20kg: $80

Order cut-off

Orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day Monday to Thursday. Orders received after Thursday 12pm will be shipped on Monday. 

 

Delivery issues

If your goods do not arrive or are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@slowlanebrewing.com.au.

If a re-delivery is required due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or because the parcel was not collected from an Australia Post outlet within the specified timeframe, any return-to-sender and re-delivery charges incurred by Australia Post will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Pickup

We are offer pickup during our taproom opening hours. Select the 'Pickup' option at checkout.

International orders

We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
