Brewery Taproom & Kitchen

Come visit our brewery taproom & kitchen in the Sydney suburb of Botany and enjoy a beer from the source. Our taproom & kitchen is open Friday to Sunday and has 14 of our beers on tap and many more available in cans. We also serve wine, cider, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks. Takeaway sales are available for all of our beers.

Our kitchen serves up Neapolitan-style pizzas using our own house made slow-fermented pizza dough. We focus on using the highest quality ingredients from a combination of local and Italian producers. 

We are a family friendly venue with plenty of outdoor seating. Kids and dogs are most welcome. 

We host regular live music on Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons.

Bookings

We keep plenty of tables for walk ins. However, we recommend making a booking if you have a larger group. Please feel free to call us on (02) 9121 6279 to enquire about walk in table availability.

Location

Our brewery and on-site taproom & kitchen is located at 30 Byrnes St, Botany NSW 2019.

It is easily accessible via public transport via a 15-20 minute trip on the 309 bus from Redfern station. This is a frequent bus service that runs every 10 minutes. We are located approximately 5 minutes walk from the bus stop on Botany Road.

There is also plenty of street parking available in Byrnes St during our taproom hours.
