Senior Pizza Chef (Full-Time, 4 Days per Week) – Slow Lane Brewing Taproom & Kitchen

Work Schedule: Thursday – Sunday

Slow Lane Brewing is a family-owned brewery and taproom in Botany, offering a carefully curated selection of beers brewed on-site, alongside wines, cocktails, and spirits. Our kitchen specializes in Neapolitan-style pizzas, featuring house-made, slow-fermented dough, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards and other share plates.

We are expanding our kitchen team and seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a full-time position (4-day work week, Thursday to Sunday).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and service
  • Develop new pizza recipes and other menu items
  • Manage food inventory and ordering supplies
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

 

About You:

  • Experienced in pizza preparation, including hand-stretched dough techniques
  • Passionate about high-quality pizza making
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
