Senior Pizza Chef (Full-Time, 4 Days per Week) – Slow Lane Brewing Taproom & Kitchen
Location: Botany, NSW
Work Schedule: Thursday – Sunday
Slow Lane Brewing is a family-owned brewery and taproom in Botany, offering a carefully curated selection of beers brewed on-site, alongside wines, cocktails, and spirits. Our kitchen specializes in Neapolitan-style pizzas, featuring house-made, slow-fermented dough, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards and other share plates.
We are expanding our kitchen team and seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a full-time position (4-day work week, Thursday to Sunday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and service
- Develop new pizza recipes and other menu items
- Manage food inventory and ordering supplies
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
- Experienced in pizza preparation, including hand-stretched dough techniques
- Passionate about high-quality pizza making
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
