Jagged Little Pils - German Pils

German Pils are the German take on the original Pilsners from Pilsen in the Czech Republic. Brewed with German-sourced pilsner malt and noble hops, this pale, dry lager delivers a firm bitterness and an extra-crisp finish, with delicate floral and herbal notes shining through.

Stanger Danger - Kolsch Style Ale

Kolsch is a pale, dry and refreshing ale style originating from the German city of Cologne. A true Kolsch is required to be brewed according to rules within the Kolsch Konvention. These rules include that it’s brewed within 50km of Cologne, filtered and served in a 200mL cylindrical glass called a Stange. This is our version brewed 16,575km from Cologne, unfiltered and more than likely not served in a Stange.

Public House - English Pub Ale

A classic session-strength English bitter brewed for long afternoons and good company. Copper-hued with a soft, biscuity malt backbone, balanced by a gentle earthy hop character from traditional English varieties. Smooth on the palate with a full bodied but easy drinking profile that keeps you coming back for another one.

Liquid Bread - Doppelbock

Doppelbocks are a strong, rich and malty lager originally brewed by Bavarian monks in the 17th century. Designed to sustain the monks while they abstain from solid foods during the 40 day Lent period, doppelbocks earned the nickname ‘Liquid Bread’. Disclaimer: We do not condone 40 day beer-only diets.

Twofold - Belgian Dubbel

Rich yet restrained, Twofold is a true-to-style Belgian Dubbel that balances deep malt complexity with expressive fermentation character. Pouring a dark brown colour, it reveals layered notes of dried fruit, toasted caramel, and subtle spice.

Sacred Bounty - Rum Barrel Aged Belgian Quadrupel

Bold and layered with depth, Sacred Bounty is our barrel-aged expression of the classic Belgian Quadrupel. After 12 months in rum barrels, the beer that emerged has rich notes of dark fruit, toffee, and spiced oak. A warming undercurrent of molasses and vanilla lingers from the cask adding smooth, rounded complexity.

Ton of Bricks - Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout aged for 12 months in rum barrels from Brix Distillers, a local Sydney rum distillery that is a favourite of ours. A pitch black, rich, roasty ale with caramel notes. Aging in rum barrels imparts additional complexity including brown sugar, toffee and vanilla notes.

Freewheelin' - West Coast Pale Ale

Kick it into cruise mode with Freewheelin’, a bold pale ale that rolls smooth and finishes dry. Bursting with citrus and tropical fruit flavours from Citra, Mosaic and Motueka hops with a hint of pine from some old school Centennial hops. No haze, no fuss, just clean, hop-forward refreshment.

Iron Resolve

Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and a hint of coffee give Iron Resolve depth well beyond its strength. Velvety smooth with a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel, this is a session stout with the heart of a heavyweight.
