Woodchip - Barrel Aged Table Beer 3.5%


Table beers are low alcohol and easy drinking beers, typically of  European origin. Woodchip started out as a classic table beer recipe with some unmalted wheat and oats together with noble hops and an expressive Belgian yeast strain. We then aged it in ex wine barrels for three months with Brett for some added complexity and a little funk. Finally we dry hopped it with NZ Motueka hops for an added Southern Hemisphere touch.

3.5% ABV, 375mL can
