Sticky Situation - Barrel Aged Maple Imperial Stout 12%
Sticky Situation is a big, bold roasty imperial stout that was aged for nine months in ex-wine barrels. The extended barrel aging added some nice oak character and mellowed out some of the more intense flavours. After barrel aging, we refermented the beer on Grade A Dark Organic Maple Syrup from Canada. Sticky Situation was also can-conditioned using purely maple syrup as the sugar source for carbonation.
12% ABV, 375mL can

Other Grains: Rolled Oats, Roasted Barley
