Outback Creek - Cherry Sour 6.5%

Aged patiently for over three years in oak, this Belgian red sour builds on our Outback Sky base, developing deep layers of funk, oak, and soft acidity. Inspired by the legendary Kriek beers of Belgium, we gave it a generous addition of sour cherries. Pouring a rich crimson, with notes of tart cherry, earthy oak and subtle spice. This is a beer that could not be rushed.
