This IPA hits every direction on the compass. North meets South with Australian-grown malt and a New Zealand hop bill of Waimea, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Manilita, fermented with Lallemand Aurora Northern IPA yeast. East Coast influence shows in the hazy pour and heavy dry hopping, delivering ripe tropical fruit, citrus and soft stone fruit. West Coast character brings it back in line with a firm, lingering bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.
