Barreljuice - Barrel Aged Sour Brett IPA 6.5%

Barreljuice is our unconventional take on a juicy IPA. Brewed as a sour IPA with Motueka, Nectaron and Simcoe hops, we then aged it in ex wine barrels for three months with a fruity Brett strain. A balanced blend of acidity and hop bitterness with grapefruit and pineapple notes and just a touch of funk.

6.5% ABV, 375mL can

Malt: Pilsner, Wheat, Honey, Chit
Other Grains: Rolled Wheat, Rolled Oats
Hops: Motueka, Nectaron, Simcoe
Yeast: Lachancea,Brettanomyces Clausenii
