Timeless Pieces - DDH Barrel IPA 6.5%

Timeless Pieces is a unique blend of old and new IPA brewing techniques. First we fermented the beer with Kveik yeast, the centuries old Norwegian yeast that has only recently been adopted commercially. Then we put it into oak barrels for two months, just like the original 19th century India Pale Ales (IPAs) that were transported in barrels during the long journey from England to India. Finally, leaning very much on modern brewing techniques, we Double Dry Hopped (DDH) it with Mosaic hops, first in the fermenter and then in the barrels.
