Biere de Mars, translating to March beer, is a traditional French beer style that is rarely seen today. No prizes for guessing that it was historically released during the month of March. A fresh, light and hoppy farmhouse style ale. We dry hopped our version with our two favourite noble hops, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh and Saaz.
