Funky Refectory - Barrel Aged Belgian Blonde - Crowler


Note: Crowlers are filled direct from the taps at our brewery on the day of dispatch. Keep cold and consume within 7 days of fill date to ensure you enjoy the beer at its best. 

Single barrel release. We took some of our Refectory Belgian Blonde Ale and aged it in a wine barrel with Brettanomyces wild yeast for six months. A very dry and drinkable ale with some funk from the Brettanomyces.

5% ABV

Malt: Pilsner
Hops: Saaz, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh
Yeast: Belgian Abbey, Brettanomyces
